Shipping/Returns

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos info@articoasissupply.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. Quality materials and superb engineering make this the very best outdoor sauna. The only barrel sauna sold in the U.S. using thermally modified wood for greater durability. Full-length wood staves. Tall enough to stand in comfortably! For an enhanced ambient experience we recommend pairing your barrel with a 6 or 7.5kW sauna heater (sold separately).

Finally, a barrel sauna designed to withstand the rigors of the outdoors! Thermory, the world's leader in sauna wood manufacturing, starts with responsibly sourced premium Spruce and then x-rays each board for internal flaws. Next, all premium materials are heated to over 400-degrees and infused with steam to ensure their durability for outdoor barrel sauna use. Once thermally modified, Northern Europe's finest Nordic Spruce takes on a distinctive rustic and refined look that compliments any outdoor space.

The finest outdoor woods were the starting point for Thermory designers as they set out to create the ideal outdoor barrel sauna. Most other barrel saunas are small and offer little room to relax. Many barrels trap water that can actually promote rot. Some are made of thin or wide boards that do not provide for a good seal. Thermory designers spared no expense and engineer their barrels with an amazingly roomy interior diameter. The barrel perimeter benefits from their insulation-enhanced 1-1/2" thick and 3-1/2" boards that provide the ideal seal. The installer is provided pre-milled materials and an intuitive proprietary construction process to ensure sauna bathing comfort.
